ELITE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY ACADEMY — INSTRUCTOR AGREEMENT
1. Introduction & Role
This agreement details the terms under which you will serve as a facilitator/instructor at Elite Computer Technology Academy. You agree to deliver high-quality, up-to-date practical training sessions aligned with the approved course curriculum.
2. Compensation & Revenue Split Ratio (50/35/15 Model)
Compensation for sessions facilitated is calculated based on a revenue-sharing system. Specifically, the tuition fee collected from students assigned to your class is shared as follows: 50% to the Academy to cover business, operational resources, and facilities; 35% to you as the primary instructor; and 15% allocated for tutor assistance percentage.
3. Installment Payments Policy
Elite Computer Technology Academy allows students to pay tuition fees in up to three (3) installments. Accordingly:
• The tutor's 35% share is paid out progressively in proportion to the installments collected from the students (i.e. tutor receives 35% of each installment at the time it is cleared).
• Important: It is the responsibility of the instructor to deliver exceptional, engaging, and consistent training to ensure student satisfaction. Continued high performance is critical to motivating students to clear their remaining installments on schedule. The academy is not liable to pay out shares of uncollected/defaulted student installments.
4. Class Scheduling & Conduct
Instructors must start classes punctually. In the event of unavoidable absence, the instructor must notify management at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a make-up class. Frequent unexcused absence is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Confidentiality & IP
Any training slides, source code, systems, credentials, database access, or curricula provided by Elite remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elite Computer Technology. Instructors must not share internal materials or student databases with outside parties.
